Whether it’s a company based in industry or services, Lincoln can provide support to develop their Procurement division.
Once in office, professionals must meet the following objectives: increasing coverage and marketing procurement in-house, controlling costs and procurement lead times, securing suppliers and contributing to the expected level of quality.
Procurement profile candidates join centralised (Lead/Commodity Buyer, Commodity Manager, Procurement Manager / CPO) and decentralised organisations (Procurement site), most often within a matrix structure. They also contribute from headquarters to purchases of services (general and administrative, IT, marketing, intellectual services…) and to major industrial programmes (project purchasing division).
Since they are often inseparable in Industry, the same practice also recruits for the Quality division (product, service, system).
Examples of recently recruited Procurement positions:
- CPO EMEA for a global industrial group in Cosmetics
- CAPEX or Raw Materials Commodity for a French biochemicals group
- Packaging Procurement Manager for a major French agrifoods group
- Procurement Manager for an SMI in the rail industry
