After a solid in-house training at the « Lincoln University », we are committed to giving you (almost) all of our secrets, and the weapons to get you started in your internship. It will be up to you to become an actor in this stimulating and dynamic business!
No matter your level of knowledge in recruitment or previous professional experiences, we want to make you discover our profession, our passion.
You will learn how to push the right buttons: research, sourcing and strategy, ability to convince and to detect high potentials.
You will learn how to collect information about the client, the position, the context of recruitment, the location, and the skills. The basics will help you become as efficient as possible with your research and in the contact, you will have with your talents.
You will determine a research strategy internationally, with the help of the consultant. As a real investigator, you will be able to realize a mapping of the target companies and a complete analysis of the client line of business talents.
You will have the first contact with these high potentials during phone interviews: listening, confidence, and confidentiality with a dexterous talk will become your best allies.
You will be participating in the interviews with the consultant, as well as the debriefing of our soft skills assessment tool.
Daily life:
With an interdependent relation with the consultants, experts on their sectors (very diversified, Human Resources, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Digital & Tech…), you will be discovering client meetings, assignments follow-up, client reports, reports redaction … and of course all the jobs of the field that they recruit in.
This internship is also an opportunity to know more about different jobs, but also to develop and optimize your network!
You will also have the possibility (if you wish) to diversify your missions via transversal projects, internal and external communication, HR projects, events, etc.. globally. These transversal projects will allow you to use your creativity and to propose your own ideas on the internal life within the firm.
Qualifications:
- Student in international business school or university
- Strong communication and team working skills are required
- Curious and independent, you are looking for an international and comprehensive intership
- You are interested in Human Resource advisory and management
- Fluent English
