Strengthening of our Leadership Advisory team in Europe and Asia

Lincoln is proud to announce the strengthening of our team in Europe and Asia on the Leadership Advisory division. As experts in professional mobility, we will now have the opportunity to partner with our Talents without borders, by giving an ambitious and international dimension to their professional path, in particular around all their Leadership advisory challenges.

2 new positions to follow our growth aspirations 

In Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong, Denise Pu, will help to develop a specific offer on Talent advisory, adapted to the Asian market and mindset. Denise has a rich and varied background across banking, digital startup and human resources consulting. Having worked in sales, product and general management internationally (U.S., Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia and Taiwan), she is very excited to partner Lincoln’s Talents with her knowledge of the cross-functional and cross-cultural skills needed to build leaders of tomorrow. Prior to joining Lincoln, she was Director of Business Management Greater China for an international executive search firm. Denise holds an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from University of California – San Diego. Denise is an avid traveler and a member of the CEIBS Mentoring network.

In Europe, Eric Le Deley, PhD, along with all Lincoln consultants in Brussels, Warsaw, Zurich and in close collaboration with Denise and the Lincoln’s teams in Asia, will contribute to create a world that inspires Talents and will share his inspirations to rethink in a disruptive way the Lincoln offer on Leadership advisory issues. He will participate in the promotion of Lincoln’s values and the setting up at our clients’ premises, of our methodology and know-how in terms of leadership development, assessment, training and coaching. Eric worked for almost 20 years as a professor, specialized in Negotiation and conflict management. He holds a law degree and a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School. He wrote his PhD on “Timelessness of the Negotiations’ principles”. He also has a significant experience in entrepreneurship, having helped to create several companies.

Eric and Denise find themselves in Lincoln’s values, and in particular on the model of transformative leadership developed by Lincoln. Both are deeply convinced that the development of organizations requires soft skills and the creation of innovative models in training, coaching and assessment and look forward to putting their skills to the service of Lincoln, its consultants and customers.
