The Human Resources function is undergoing profound transformations, shaking up organizations. If more operational and technical before, Human Resources have now entered a new era that places them at the heart of the global strategy of companies. Talent Management professionals face major human, social and managerial challenges, more particularly in relation with the digital transformation and improvement of employee experience.
Talent development is thus based on the first concrete applications of artificial intelligence, data management (people analytics), as well as the deployment of new dematerialized tools (workflow, chatbot, …).
All these subjects have a significant influence on the search for HR Talents, with an increased level of requirements accompanied by rising salaries and even ‘a war of talent’ on the most specialized profiles.
In support of these challenges, we have chosen to create a specialized practice dedicated to HR profiles, combining our three core businesses of Executive Search, Leadership Advisory and Executive Interim Management.
