Lincoln is pleased to announce a new appointment.

Caroline de La Cochetière, newly elected partner at Lincoln

Caroline, who has been a key reference for Lincoln in the insurance and reinsurance sectors in Switzerland and Europe for almost 10 years, now takes on the role of Partner. As the Director of the Swiss office, she leverages her expertise in European trends and regulatory understanding to identify the next generation of decision makers. Her appointment as Partner marks a significant step in extending Lincoln’s presence across Europe.

Caroline studied international law and graduated from McGill University in 2005. She also earned her Master’s degree at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2006. Former maritime lawyer in the insurance industry, Caroline joined Lincoln in Paris in 2014, a firm believer in their values and social commitment

Her entrepreneurial mindset led her to establish the Swiss office in 2020, and she is now a leading and dynamic force in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, among other local robust sectors like finance, industry, life sciences, legal and consulting. Caroline has a broad cross-border understanding of the insurance market, and a strong talent pool, eager for mobility and impact in their careers.

The Zurich office has been growing rapidly, and Caroline’s team has been working hard to provide the Group’s clients with innovative solutions and exceptional service.

As a partner, Caroline is committed to increasing and expanding Lincoln’s reach in Switzerland and Europe, along with fostering a strong relationship between Talent and Agent.
