Carole Guillet newly elected partner at Lincoln
As a recruitment consultant with over 10 years of experience, Carole Guillet has now become a partner withing Lincoln. Expert in the healthcare sector, Carole Guillet will contribute to furthering the development of the Lifesciences business, aiming to expand Lincoln’s influence in this sector, both in the French market and internationally.
Having graduated from KEDGE in 2002 and holding a Master’s degree in Industrial Purchasing in 2003, Carole Guillet began her career internationally through a VIE (Volunteer for International Experience) program in Asia, working in the medical industry from 2004 to 2006. Subsequently, she joined the recruitment consulting firm Michael Page, where she worked as a consultant from 2008 to 2012, before venturing into entrepreneurship.
She joined Lincoln in 2016 as a Talent Agent in the Lifesciences department and eventually took on the responsibility of the team before becoming a partner in 2023.
