2018 Results: An excellent dynamic for Lincoln

2018 is yet another year of strong growth for the entire Lincoln Group, with 30% growth in our revenues and sustained activity across all our businesses: Executive Search, Transition Management and Leadership Advisory.

Overall growth of the Lincoln Group by 30%

2018 is yet another year of strong growth for the entire Lincoln Group, with 30% growth in our revenues and sustained activity across all our businesses: Executive Search, Transition Management and Leadership Advisory. Employers are paying more and more strategic attention to searching for the best Talents and managing their professional evolution. This great dynamic reinforces the innovation policy and the mission that we have set ourselves: to offer an ambitious, serene and inclusive mobility, that serves a more fluid, agile and resilient society.

In France, a progress that is three times higher than the market

Lincoln’s growth is significant in all countries where the group is present, whether in Europe, Asia, Africa or the Middle East. In France, despite a social context altered by the end-of-year commotion, the economic situation remained very favourable for the employment of new Talents and Lincoln took the opportunity to strengthen its position among the market leaders. While the professional syndicate Syntec, which brings together the major French consulting firms, reports a 5.8% increase in turnover of its members, our French team is proud to announce a performance three times higher, with a growth of more than 16% compared to 2017.

A strong international expansion

2018 has also marked a new milestone in our international development. In Asia, with strong organic growth and the successful integration of Executive Search PeopleKey Consulting, we have significantly increased our presence in the industrial sectors and our offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore show a record growth of 130%. In Europe, we recorded the largest growth since our establishment in Benelux and Central Europe, through our offices in Brussels and Warsaw. Finally, in MENA (Middle East North Africa), we have expanded our presence throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and South Africa, and we are planning to open an office in 2020.

These great performances encourage us in our ambition to be the reference partner for professional mobility, within a growing community of Talents and Leaders. Together with our development strategy for the coming years, these results will be explained in more detail,  in our 2018 annual report which you will soon be able to consult on our site.
