Véronique de Watrigant becomes a partner at Lincoln, combining human expertise and performance to reinforce the firm’s strategy and values in France and abroad. Her knowledge of the Human Resources ecosystem will deepen the vision of the group’s top management.
Véronique began her academic career with a literary degree in khâgne-hypokhâgne, before continuing with a Master’s degree in contemporary history from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2007. Not initially destined for recruitment, she discovered the sector during an internship, then spent a year at KPMG in the HR department. Her career in recruitment began in earnest with her first position at People Search. In 2011, she joined Lincoln as a consultant in the interim management team, specializing in finance and HR profiles.
In 2019, she created the HR practice within the firm and became its manager, supervising a team of three, now four. Her main mission is to amplify this expertise in France and internationally, while leading a community of HR talent and HRDs to maintain and expand Lincoln’s network.
With her recent appointment as partner, her responsibilities are evolving towards greater involvement in the internal and external life of the firm. While continuing to manage teams, steer client assignments and develop sales, she is now involved in Lincoln’s global strategy and in representing the firm externally. Her aim is to reinforce Lincoln’s values by combining a human dimension, responsibility and high-quality performance, while cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with talent. She seeks to preserve operational excellence and promote enriching human interactions in an increasingly technological marketplace.
