Lincoln continues to expand and sets up operations in Luxembourg

With nearly 20 years of experience in talent management, Maxime Durant is leading the opening of the Lincoln brand in Luxembourg. With a solid understanding of the Luxembourg market and culture, he is ready to tackle the challenges of this new territory.

Graduating in 2002 with a master’s degree from ISC Paris Business School, Maxime Durant started off his career at Decathlon before moving into recruitment. After leading a team in Paris for 10 years, he was appointed director of Michael Page in Luxembourg for 8 years, before joining Lincoln as General Manager Luxembourg.

Since April 22, 2024, Maxime Durant is responsible for deploying the Lincoln brand in the Luxembourg territory. He and his team need to address the challenges and specificities of this highly concentrated market, which has significant development potential. Convinced by Lincoln’s Talent Agent model, Maxime Durant relies on the group’s innovative approach: supporting talents throughout their careers with innovative solutions, always keeping people at the core of the strategy.

The main challenge faced with the opening of an office in Luxembourg lies in our desire to become a true partner for Luxembourg talents, offering complete support at all stages of their career. Our commitment goes beyond the development of the Lincoln brand in Luxembourg: we aim to become a reference stakeholder in the Luxembourg executive search market. This involves providing each candidate with an enriching experience and personalized support at every stage of their career, making Lincoln a necessary partner for Luxembourg talents and local companies.

« I am proud to strengthen and develop a strong brand, and to make
Lincoln’s values resonate in the Luxembourg market, where Lincoln has
all the potential to become a reference in
executive search and consulting »

Maxime Durant, General Manager Luxembourg
