Drawing on his international experience, Jérôme Bouin confirms a successful first year with the group with his appointment as Lincoln Partner. He will continue to develop his long-term vision by structuring and leading the Group’s governance.

Jérôme holds a Master’s degree in Economics from ESSCA in Angers (1999) and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne (2015). He began his career in 1999 with the recruitment firm Michael Page, where he held the positions of Managing Director of Page Personnel for Belgium and Luxembourg, before becoming Managing Director of Page Group Belgium.

In 2011, Jérôme established himself as Managing Director of Page Group Singapore/Thailand, before becoming Managing Director Switzerland in 2014. In 2019, he joins Adecco as Vice President Operations Île-de-France for two years. In 2021, he joins Iziwork as European Network Director, before being appointed Managing Director France.

Having joined the Lincoln Group a year ago, this appointment is confirmation of a successful appointment. Jérôme will continue to support Lincoln’s international expansion, and the deployment of its solutions in different geographical locations. Committed to the Lincoln model, he will continue to accentuate the differentiation that is the Group’s strength: the long-term support of our talents throughout their professional lives, and its HR Tech solutions.
