Our leadership advisory services are tailored to meet each of our client’s needs. For instance, we offer collective and individual coaching, intercultural training and coaching sessions and development assessments. A multicultural Team
We are a multicultural team of consultants with a broad international professional experience enabling us to act as a bridge between our talents and clients across Europe and the Nordics.
Lincoln Nordics covers Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland and is headquartered in Stockholm.
Tomas Fellbom : is a Swedish professional with over 30 years’ experience of international business and is Head of Lincoln Nordics from the start.
Sophie Desplats : focuses particularly on the manufacturing, energy and consumer goods sector. She has over 20 years of international experience within Human Resources and Executive Search and advises companies and talents across the world.
Sophie Maillard : leverages 15 years of experience in human resources gained in the French Navy and more than a decade of entrepreneurship in Healthcare, Ageing & Life Sciences in Sweden. She focuses on the Tech as well as the Defense and Security Industry in Europe.
Stefan Lechere : is a French and Swedish professional with more than 25 years’ experience as a Business Executive and Senior Advisor in the European digital economy.
Josephine Kolare : has 20 years’ experience within communication and HR particularly within the banking industry. She is Swedish and has a multicultural background.
Ola Ahlsèn : a Swedish professional with over 20 years of experience from management consultancy and Interim Management. He is focusing on the services within Executive Interim Management, supporting owners and management teams in with transformation, change initiatives and transitions.
