Jérôme Bouin earned a Master’s degree in economics from ESSCA in Angers in 1999, and obtained an MBA from IMD in Lausanne in 2015.
Jérôme began his career in 1999 at the recruitment firm Michal Page, where he held the positions of General Manager of Page Personnel for Belgium and Luxembourg before becoming General Manager of Page Group Belgium. With a strong international focus, Jérôme moved to Singapore in 2011, serving as a General Manager of Page Group Singapore/Thailand. In 2019, he moved to Adecco as Vice President of Operations for the Île-de-France region for two years. Sharing Lincoln’s vision, he now joins the Group with the aim of furthering its development by placing the human-digital alliance at the heart of each person’s journey and success. Jérôme’s managerial experience and international culture are valuable assets for Lincoln, which is currently experiencing strong growth, as evidenced by the recent appointment of four new partners in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
