About Alexandra Garnier
A graduate from Rennes School of Business and holder of an MBA from the University of South Florida (United States), Alexandra Garnier began her career at Capgemini, where she gained solid experience in sales and management roles.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, she went on to create and manage several companies combining technological innovation and traditional activities, leading ambitious digital and organizational transformation projects. She also supported the head of a family office in M&A operations, business creation and divestitures, strengthening her in-depth understanding of the strategic and human challenges faced by executives.
Her career path led her to interim management, which she successfully developed as a partner within a leading market player. For five years, she supported the executive and management committees of mid-sized companies and large groups in situations involving management succession, transformation, crisis, or turnaround, with a tailored and resolutely results-oriented approach.
Today, by joining Lincoln as Head of Interim Management, Alexandra is putting her entrepreneurial energy and leadership skills to work in pursuit of a clear ambition: to position interim management as a strategic lever for growth and performance for the group in France and internationally.
