Sophie Rufin appointed Partner at Lincoln

After more than three years with the Group, Sophie Rufin is expanding her expertise at Lincoln by becoming a partner. Her appointment reinforces the company’s strategy, thanks to her expertise in managing the most experienced talents, managers and executives, and her transversal knowledge of the industries supported by Lincoln.

A graduate of ESCP-Europe in 1989, Sophie has over 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing industries, notably in the cosmetics and food sectors. Endowed with a sales and marketing DNA, she progressed to general management positions in ETIs and SMEs, always with a strong focus on development and value creation. She has supported business development in France and abroad for market-leading brands such as Madrange and Lorina.

In the second part of her career, after discovering Interim Management, she turned to human resources, accumulating over five years’ experience. Fascinated by this value-creating HR solution, she joined an interim management firm, where, with a team of consultants, she ran the Business Unit dedicated to industries.

For the past three years at Lincoln, her mission has been to support talents in their employability, combining headhunting and interim management, with a particular focus on more experienced talents. She works mainly in the industrial and logistics sectors, adopting a global approach to support both talent and companies. Her work is marked by a good understanding of business issues, a strong reactivity and a commitment to creating a lasting impact, resonating with Lincoln’s DNA.

As an Associate, Sophie will contribute to the company’s major challenges, in particular by helping to define and deploy Lincoln’s strategic plan. Her main objective is to strengthen collective commitment and contribute to cross-functional projects aligned with the firm’s high-impact social strategy.

“It is with great pleasure that I accompany experienced talents, particularly those over 50 years old, opening them up to other possibilities than the classic permanent contract, such as interim management, and thus offering them new perspectives, as close as possible to their needs and those of companies”.
