Gonzague de Lauwe has been co-opted as a partner at Lincoln, where he continues to pursue his objectives of developing the Industries & Engineering Practice, and expanding Lincoln’s international expertise. His cross-functional vision supports the company’s collective dynamic.

After obtaining a master’s degree in marketing and management in 1999, Gonzague began his career with Sanofi Pasteur, in South-East Asia and China, where he set up CRM tools for the sales and management control department, in an industrial and pharmaceutical environment. He later became Operations Manager for Africa, French overseas departments and territories and the Caribbean, developing his expertise in international projects.

It was at Michael Page that he discovered the world of recruitment from 2007, then as a freelancer, before joining Lincoln in 2015. Since then, he has covered a wide range of areas, including industrial operations, supply chain and purchasing, B-to-B sales and general management of industrial entities. He manages a team of around ten people, leading a pool of several hundred talents.

Attracted by the Group’s values and entrepreneurial spirit, he cultivates a vision that is both realistic and human. In constant exchange with his talents, his appointment aims to develop the Industries & Engineering practice, particularly internationally.
